Here, you can choose between apartments, townhouses, and villas. The current developments mainly consist of detached villas with private pools, some of which are situated directly along the golf course. The resort features an 18-hole, par 72 golf course, with a master plan designed in collaboration with Dave Thomas.<\/p>\n<p>The beaches of Mar Menor are within easy cycling distance, and nearby you\u2019ll find the vibrant coastal town of Los Alc\u00e1zares, open year-round and offering shopping, a wide variety of bars, caf\u00e9s, and restaurants.
