The nearest golf course is the very well-regarded La Manga Club with its three 18-hole courses just a few minute\u2019s drive from the project. You can also play at the golf courses Mar Menor Golf Resort, Serena Golf and Roda Golf to name a few of the +20 courses in the region. La Manga Club also has 28 tennis courts and 7 Padel courts.

\nEurope’s largest saltwater lagoon, attract residents and tourists to the area all year round. It is also a short distance to the historic Spanish cities of Cartagena with more than 200,000 inhabitants and Murcia with over 400,000 inhabitants. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to the well-known La Zenia Boulevard shopping center – a mecca for those who like shopping.
