Location

Los Alcázares is a charming Spanish coastal town that thrives all year round where our developments here are located only 100 to 600 meters from the beach. Choose between apartments, townhouses, or detached villas. The area offers quick access to the motorway, making Cartagena just a few minutes away by car, or head north toward La Zenia and Alicante.
Close to Everything You Need: Beach, Golf, Restaurants, Shopping
From the residential developments, it’s only a short walk to the beach. You’ll also find supermarkets and everyday amenities close by. Several excellent golf courses are just a few kilometers away, such as Roda Golf, Serena Golf, and Mar Menor Golf Resort, among many others in the region.
You’ll also be close to the historic Spanish cities of Cartagena (population over 200,000) and Murcia (over 400,000). For shopping enthusiasts, the popular La Zenia Boulevard is only about a 15-minute drive away.
Airports: Both Corvera Airport (RMU) and Alicante Airport (ALC) are within a short drive from Los Alcázares.
Renowned Spa Region
Since the early 1900s, the Mar Menor has been known as a spa destination. The mineral-rich mud found on the seabed is said to have healing properties for the skin. Many visitors apply this “black gold” before enjoying a swim in the lagoon.
