“Purpose”

To manage the complaints channel, handle any irregularities reported through it, and decide whether to initiate an investigation. This includes the detection and resolution of complaints related to sexual harassment, as well as harassment based on gender, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
The personal data provided will be stored for a maximum of three months after the notification of the irregularity if the facts are not substantiated, provided they are not needed for other purposes or as evidence for proper oversight and crime prevention. If the facts are proven or have sufficient supporting evidence, the data will be retained for as long as necessary for the organization to exercise its legal rights in court. Afterward, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized to ensure data protection.
No automated decisions will be made based on profiling.
