Overview

Alana and Altea Villas is an exclusive development of 15 plots, where you can choose between two modern villa models:
Alana – the larger, more luxurious option, featuring two swimming pools, including one on the rooftop terrace with a waterfall.
Altea – a slightly more affordable version, still offering premium design and features.
Both models include a main floor and a basement level (delivered unfinished), which can be customized with additional bedrooms, a home cinema, gym, wine cellar, etc., at extra cost.

The 15 plots face either east or west and are located within walking distance of the Beach Club and lagoon. The resort spans over 700,000 m², with gated access, 24-hour security, and extensive green areas, playgrounds, and a wide variety of amenities designed for year-round living or as a holiday home.

  • Upon building license: 15%
  • Upon structural completion: 25%
  • Upon external walls: 20%
  • Internal partitions, installations, A/C, plumbing, solar: 15%
  • Painting, windows, landscaping, fencing: 15%
  • Final payment (approx. 16 months after start): 10%
  • (Reservation amount deducted from final payment)

Additional costs apply:

  • Approx. 23% on plot
  • Approx. 13–14% on villa
