Location
The PortoMarina Plaza project is centrally located in Torre de la Horadada, Alicante region, on the southern Costa Blanca just 600 meters from the Mediterranean Sea.

The project consists of a total of 26 apartments (with 2 or 3 bedand 2 bath). Choose between ground-floor units with cozy private gardens or top-floor apartments with spacious rooftop terraces. Additionally, the development includes two townhouses and one detached villa.
Each property includes on-plot parking. A communal pool area is available for residents.
Underground parking is available at an additional cost of €18,000–€20,000 + VAT (except for the top-floor apartments in Phase 4: units 6B, 6C, and 6F, where underground parking is included).
