Some people want help with everything, while others already have a clear vision of their furnished home. If that’s the case, just tell me – I’ll do my best to find what you’re imagining and send you an offer.

It’s really simple

By using my services, you’ll find that furnishing a home in Spain is actually very easy. Once you’ve accepted the offer and paid the first 50%, you don’t need to worry about a thing. I’ll handle it all and only contact you if I have questions. When the furnishing is complete, I’ll send you photos by email – and the final payment will then be due.

What does it cost?

The cost depends on your desired standard and what is already included by the developer in a new-build. This can include shower screens, appliances, lighting, etc., and varies from project to project. If you’re buying a resale property, you might want to keep some of the existing items and just replace a few to suit your style. I can help you find what fits.

Payment is always made directly to the respective supplier, but the advantage is that you only need one point of contact – me – who also speaks your language. I keep track of your orders and payments. If anything happens later, such as needing to use a product warranty, you also contact me.

Important to note!
My suppliers prefer to work through me, but you’ll get exactly the same price if you go to them directly. However, by doing so, you won’t get my follow-up, translations, coordination, or help with warranties.

What’s included?

When you order furniture and services from us, the following is included unless otherwise agreed:

• Delivery / Installation / Assembly
• Materials (for renovation projects)
• Furnishing (for furniture orders)
• Removal of packaging
• Removal of replaced items (e.g. sofa, refrigerator)
• VAT (IVA)

Skilled Spanish Craftsmen

We have a network of skilled, reliable Spanish craftsmen. They know which materials make sense to use and always comply with current regulations. All are certified and registered.Importantly – they also understand the expectations of foreign customers. After years of collaboration, they’re experienced in working for people from all over the world.

Offers and Payment Terms

You pay 50% of the total amount upon acceptance and order, and the remaining balance upon completion. I provide a clear breakdown of what is due, when, and to which supplier. You don’t have to worry about who is delivering what, or when. If something is delayed, damaged in transit, or unexpected issues arise – I handle it and coordinate everything.

You’ll always receive the original offer in Spanish, along with a translation in Norwegian, Swedish, or English. Prices include delivery, assembly, installation, and VAT – unless otherwise specified.
