Location

The project is situated inside the Roda Golf Resort in the Murcia region. A very popular and renowned golf course with excellent training facilities. Only a short drive to the coastal town of Los Alcázares. An area with 320 days of sunshine per year and a pleasant average temperature of over 18 degrees. In Los Alcázares you will find beautiful beaches by the Mar Menor, as well as cozy bars, cafés, and restaurants. This is a Spanish coastal town that has gained a lot of attention in recent years.
There are around 20 golf courses in the surrounding area, with Cartagena as the nearest larger city, with more than 200,000 inhabitants, only a 15-minute drive from the project.
