Location

Short walk to the beach, sea and activities. No matter if you are a fan of  golf – tennis – padel – cycling – diving – surfing – kite – or other activities, from Los Belones you are pretty close to everything. There are only a few kilometers to a number of great golf courses. The nearest golf course is the very well-regarded La Manga Club with its three 18-hole courses just a few minute’s drive from the project. You can also play at the golf courses Mar Menor Golf Resort, Serena Golf and Roda Golf to name a few of the +20 courses in the region. La Manga Club also has 28 tennis courts and 7 Padel courts.
Cyclists love the area. The same goes for those who like to run and walk in addition to the extreme who prefer triathlon.
Water sports and shopping
Europe’s largest saltwater lagoon, attract residents and tourists to the area all year round. It is also a short distance to the historic Spanish cities of Cartagena with more than 200,000 inhabitants and Murcia with over 400,000 inhabitants. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to the well-known La Zenia Boulevard shopping center – a mecca for those who like shopping.
This area is also a well-known SPA region. Mar Menor has been a well-known SPA region since the beginning of the 20th century. The clay on the seabed has a healing effect on the skin and many people pick up the “black gold” from the bottom and apply it to themselves in connection with a swim.
