Location

In Mar de Cristal you can choose between detached houses with private pools and very good layouts, or modern apartments in a great project with a communal pool area. Both of these projects are just a short walk from the sea and the beaches of the Mar Menor about 200-400 meters from your home.
The area offers everything from various types of water activities such as diving (Cabo de Palos is located nearby and is Europe’s diving paradise), windsurfing, canoeing, kiting or simply just sunbathing and swimming.
Golf, tennis, padel and shopping
From Mar de Cristal there are only a few kilometers to a number of great golf courses. The nearest golf course is the very well-regarded La Manga Club with its three 18-hole courses just a few minute’s drive from the project. You can also play at the golf courses Mar Menor Golf Resort, Serena Golf and Roda Golf to name a few of the +20 courses in the region.
Mar de Cristal has several tennis courts and padel courts. La Manga Club / The Racquets Club has 26 tennis courts, 10 padel courts and 4 Pickle ball courts.
Cyclists also love the area. The same applies to those who like to run and walk in addition to the extreme who prefer triathlon.
Water sports activities are an eldorado in the Mar Menor lagoon. It is also a short distance to the historic Spanish cities of Cartagena with more than 200,000 inhabitants and Murcia with over 400,000 inhabitants. It takes about 20 minutes to La Zenia Boulevard shopping center and even closer by you find the Espacio Mediterraneo shopping center just outside Cartagena.
This area is also a well-known SPA region. Mar Menor has been a well-known SPA region since the beginning of the 20th century.
