Direct exit from the living room to two terraces with double sliding doors. The extra large terrace has a pergola with a roof and the second terrace has a pergola. Exit to the second terrace with double sliding doors from the master bedroom as well.

Well-functioning open kitchen with all appliances.
Practical bar bench that separates the living room and kitchen. Lots of cupboard space.
